Three-bedroom homes in Vero Beach for the Ren Fest

We manage three homes in Vero Beach with three bedrooms, and for a January festival weekend they are genuinely different trips. Vero Beach Serenity is a single-family house with its own pool and room for eight. Vero Beach Paradise - 3 BR | Near DT & Beaches sleeps seven and Vero Beach Paradise - 3 BR Unit | Near DT & Beach sleeps six, and both are units inside a three-unit building where the pool and the yard are shared. That one distinction decides more about your weekend than anything else on this page, so start there, then check live January dates and the full booking total for the nights you want.
The festival runs at DragonBridge Farms on 154th Avenue, out near the State Road 60 corridor west of town, across six weekends from early January into mid-February, Saturdays and Sundays from ten to six with the ticket booth opening at half past nine. Which means you have a full day out and then a long evening back at the house, in costume or out of it, with everyone hungry at once. Pick the home that handles the evening.
The house with its own pool and somewhere to put the sixth person
Vero Beach Serenity is the one I'd book for a family group that plans to cook. It's a standalone house: three bedrooms with two king suites and a queen room, a den with a pullout that takes the overflow, two living rooms, and a kitchen and formal dining room that can actually seat eight people at the same time. The pool is private to the house, and the BBQ and seating area off the patio is screened, which is the detail people underrate until they're eating outside at dusk in Florida.
The den matters more than it sounds. With two kings and a queen you've got three couples or two couples and a crew of kids, and the den gives you a place to put the extra body without turning a living room into a bedroom. There's a crib here too, and blackout curtains, both of which earn their keep when a toddler has been at a festival all day and needs to go down while the adults are still at the table.
The two units: cheaper to fill, but you're sharing the pool
Both Vero Beach Paradise three-bedroom listings sit in the same building, which is divided into three units. Book one of them and you have your own kitchen, two full bathrooms, your own patio door and your own parking, and you share the pool and the outdoor space with whoever is in the other units. Nobody is going to bother you. But if your picture of the trip is the group having the water to themselves after a day in the sun, this isn't that, and it's better to know now than to find out on arrival.
The difference between the two is beds, and it's a real difference:
- Unit 1 (3 BR | Near DT & Beaches): sleeps seven, with a queen, two twins and a full trundle with a twin underneath. Good for one family with several kids, where nobody needs a king.
- Unit 3 (3 BR Unit | Near DT & Beach): sleeps six, with a queen and four twins. Four twin beds is a specific configuration. It's excellent for cousins or a grandparents-plus-grandkids weekend and awkward for three adult couples.
Both keep books and toys in the unit and children's dinnerware in the kitchen, which tells you who stays here. Both have an outdoor shower, which is the thing you want after a sandy afternoon or a dusty day on a farm field in costume. Unit 1 has an iron, if anyone in your party is particular about their doublet.
One more option worth knowing about, because festival parties have a habit of growing: the 8BR Haven+Pool listing books all three units at once, eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping sixteen. You can leave the internal doors locked and keep the units separate, or unlock them and run the whole building as one house. If your three-bedroom search is really a "we're two or three families and we haven't decided yet" search, price that against two separate units before you commit.
Where these sit, and what that means for a festival weekend
Everything above is mainland Vero, not beachside. The Paradise units are a couple of minutes from the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, five from the airport, roughly eight to downtown and about a quarter of an hour out to the beaches. That central position is the practical argument for them: the festival grounds are west on the State Road 60 corridor, downtown and the restaurants are east, and you're not driving the length of the county twice a day.
Festival weekends only run Saturday and Sunday, so a two-night stay leaves you with one slack day and a Monday morning. McKee Botanical Garden is on US 1 just south of the SR 60 light, less than three miles from downtown, and opens Tuesday to Saturday from ten and Sunday from noon. The Vero Beach Museum of Art sits on River Park Drive. For sand, locals will send you to Round Island Oceanside Park; Humiston Beach is the one with a playground and food within walking distance, a short hop from McKee.

About the $150–$250 range
Vero Beach in January is high season, and a festival weekend is a Saturday night, which is the most expensive night of the week in any beach town. The $150–$250 band is a reasonable target for a three-bedroom here, but the number that matters is the full booking total for your exact dates, including taxes, fees and any minimum stay, not a headline nightly rate.
Two things actually move that total:
- Midweek nights. The festival only runs weekends, so a Friday-to-Monday or a Sunday-to-Wednesday stay mixes cheaper nights into the average and gives you the garden and museum days without the weekend crowd.
- How many of you there are. Eight people in Serenity and six in a Paradise unit are not comparable per-head numbers, and the booking total divided by heads is the honest comparison.
Put your dates into the listing pages above and you'll see the real figure for those nights. If it lands outside your range, message us: we know what's moving in the calendar and what isn't, and sliding a trip by a night is often all it takes.
What's in all three, and what you'll want to sort out before you arrive
All three homes have a full kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking basics, free parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, air conditioning and a dedicated workspace if someone is logging on Friday. Coffee and sugar are there when you walk in, along with a starter kit of the basics: toilet paper and soap per bathroom, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags. Enough to get the first morning going, not enough to feed eight people for three days, so build a grocery stop into your arrival plan.
Each of these properties has a local compliance requirement: a signed rental agreement and ID verification, handled through a simple web link before you arrive, no app and no account. Clear it when you book rather than the night before. Check-in is by smart lock, so a late Friday arrival after a long drive doesn't involve anybody waiting up for you, and there's a team here on the Treasure Coast on the end of the phone if something isn't right. These are the homes we run ourselves, not a listing we pass through.
Booking direct puts you in touch with that team from the start. If you're not sure whether to take one unit, two units or the whole building, tell us your head count and your dates and we'll tell you which one works.
